Position Summary
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing + Creative team by assisting with key marketing initiatives, leasing tours, events, and assist with planning/content gathering for corporate social media accounts. This position will work directly with the team’s Marketing Assistant and Specialist - Brand Experience. This role will report to Specialist – Brand Experience.
Essential Functions:
- Support Brand Experience and Asset Management with programming, planning and execution of events, leasing tours, and giveaways. Including local travel, setting up boards and program collateral, printing brochures/flyers, sourcing and setting up refreshments, and organizing storage space.
- Assist Marketing + Creative team with planning and developing content calendar for corporate social media accounts, updating amenity sheets, and assisting with monthly vacancy pulls.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Junior or senior in College/University majoring in marketing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company software.
Pay: $18.00 per hour.
