Intern

This role supports the products and services managed by the Asset Management division, including managed portfolios, retirement services, and digital advisory solutions. The position will assist with strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, client communications, and investment management support activities aimed at growing advisory assets and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing materials for internal sales teams and client distribution.
Support the products and services managed by the Asset Management division, including managed portfolios, retirement services, and digital advisory offerings.
Prepare for and participate in weekly meetings with the Research, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Generate ideas and strategies for communication initiatives and create consistent, scalable messaging to support the growth of advisory assets.
Assist the team in preparing for and following up on corporate conferences and industry events.
Proactively communicate updates regarding assets raised, trading activity, market analysis, and portfolio rebalancing.
Gain awareness and understanding of the economic environment and the team's investment management process.
Assist with client service initiatives, product education, and operational support related to asset management programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of asset management strategies and services.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with a motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Interest in financial markets, investment management, and wealth advisory services.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
