Intern - Process Engineer

What You'll Do

• Support design and analysis of piping systems, rotating equipment, and thermal systems
• Assist in developing engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support FEED and detailed design efforts
• Participate in real-world problem solving tied to plant operations, maintenance, and upgrades

Zachry's Summer Engineering Internship Program gives university students hands‑on exposure to engineering in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environment. Interns work directly with experienced engineers, designers, and project teams who develop solutions for complex industrial facilities, including power generation, refining, chemicals, manufacturing, and major industrial infrastructure.

Interns will support active engineering and construction projects while gaining exposure to field operations, design coordination, and project execution workflows. This program is designed to help students explore their discipline in a real project environment and begin building their professional engineering identity.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fieldwith a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Interest in leadership & personal development opportunities
