For motivated self-starters with an interest in drug development, NextCure seeks a summer R&D intern for a project focused on novel approaches to treating Alzheimer's disease and other brain disorders.
NextCure is a fully-integrated, clinical stage biotechnology company located in Beltsville, Maryland, with multiple drug candidates in development for treating cancer, autoimmune disease, and neurodegeneration.
Individuals with prior wet lab experience and cross-disciplinary exposure to biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, synthetic biology, and/or bioengineering are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will perform hands-on research to develop new molecular approaches to enhance the therapeutic activities of NextCure's current drug candidates.
Qualifications
