About the role
- Intern Scientist, R&D Chemistry (This is a 6 month Internship/Recent Post Grads eligible)

What youll do
- Assist with planning and executing laboratory experiments in support of chemical research and product or process development projects.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and test materials in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collect, record, and organize experimental data accurately in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
- Perform routine analytical testing and basic data analysis to support interpretation of results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Support troubleshooting activities and help identify process or formulation improvement opportunities.
- Prepare summaries, charts, and reports to communicate findings and project progress.
- Assist with ordering and managing inventor laboratory supplies.
- Follow all laboratory safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.
What we are looking for in you
- Possesses or pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Completed coursework in general chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, or related laboratory sciences.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques, chemical handling, and safe work practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Work Location: on-site in our Waltham facility 5 days/week (M-F)
Targeted Salary Range: $20 - $28/hour
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
