Position Overview
Join Blink Charging and help build the future of electric vehicle infrastructure! We're hiring software engineering interns to support the development of our Energy Management System (EMS)—a critical platform that optimizes EV charging operations and grid integration.
This internship is ideal for computer science students passionate about clean energy, full-stack development, and leveraging AI to build better software faster.
Here's What You'll Do:
Build Real Product Features:
- Develop EMS features using TypeScript and React, contributing to production-level code
- Work across the full stack—frontend UI, backend services, and API integrations
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop, test, and refine product modules that power real-world EV charging infrastructure
Leverage Modern Development Tools:
- Use AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate learning and enhance code quality
- Learn modern development practices including code reviews, testing, and agile workflows
- Gain hands-on experience building scalable, production-ready software
What You Bring to the Table:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and React
- Curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools effectively in development
Bonus Points:
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, databases, APIs)
- Previous internship or project experience
- Interest in clean energy, sustainability, or EV technology
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub)
