Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Spanish Summer Intern to join our State Farm office. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in exploring the insurance industry and gaining valuable experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls
- Provide customer service support via phone and in person
- Schedule appointments and manage the agent’s calendar
- Assist the agent and team with administrative and office tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with customers
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual Spanish
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 1:30pm-5pm.
