ROLE DESCRIPTION: Katie Rider - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient contributor to generate new customer opportunities, improve lead follow-up, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed-upon expectations.
Conduct outbound prospecting to local businesses and community contacts.
Gather basic prospect information before handing the opportunity to a licensed team member.
Help generate referral opportunities from current customers.
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates in the agency CRM.
Support social media, community marketing, and local prospecting campaigns.
Schedule insurance review appointments for licensed team members.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with prospective customers
Strong organization and time-management skills
Comfortable working toward measurable activity and appointment-setting goals
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Coachable and willing to receive regular feedback
Interest in sales, insurance, financial services, business development, or entrepreneurship
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with customer information
