Job Description
What you'll do
- Structure ambiguous problems from first principles and break them into analyses you can run
- Gather and synthesize data - internal and external - into clear, hypothesis-driven findings
- Build executive-ready materials (decks, models, memos) using the Pyramid Principle
- Support live transformation workstreams: war-room prep, weekly and monthly business review materials, and stage-gate tracking
- Turn analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Learn and apply the Transformation Office's ways of working - problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and change management
We welcome current students authorized to work in the U.S., including F-1 students eligible for OPT.
Experience and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (business, economics, engineering, analytics, or a related field)
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills; comfortable turning ambiguity into a plan
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bias to action and genuine ownership of your work
- Able to work in person in Westlake, TX, five days a week
