Novant Health Policy Fellows are graduate students or upper-level undergraduate students in fields like Public Policy, Public Health, and Healthcare Administration. Over the course of academic year-long experience, Novant Health Policy Fellows participate in health policy research, advocacy, and professional development to gain insights into the legislative and regulatory challenges faced by clinicians and health systems, as well as the necessary skills to lead in today’s regulated healthcare environment. Primarily remote, the program does include site visits to Novant Health facilities and other relevant sites such as the North Carolina General Assembly. This is a paid position. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
