The business operates at scale internationally and is known for its strong track record of growth, decentralised structure and focus on innovation and operational performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver internal audit and SOX engagements, ensuring a risk based approach focused on key operational and financial areas, while supporting the Director in strengthening the overall audit functionPlan and scope audits end to end, including risk assessments, scheduling and designing audit procedures that evaluate control effectiveness, process efficiency, asset safeguarding and regulatory compliancePartner with local finance teams and senior management to understand business operations, assess key risks and review financial reporting and core processesIdentify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies and risk exposures, providing clear, practical recommendations, supported by high quality documentation and aligned audit conclusionsPrepare and present concise audit reports to senior stakeholders, manage audit findings and track remediation actions, escalating where progress or outcomes are not aligned with expectationBuild strong relationships across the business while supporting compliance reviews, contributing to departmental planning and participating in strategic projects such as acquisitions, due diligence and process improvement initiativesRequirements5+ years of experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and industry within manufacturingStrong knowledge of US GAAP; CPA or equivalent qualification preferredExperience in internal audit, SOX or risk and controls environmentsStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends and root causesGood understanding of business processes and operational efficienciesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, international environmentWillingness to travel, both domestically and internationallyFor more information reach out to Ruhee: ruhee.saleh@apollo-solutions.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
