JOB SUMMARY The Internal Communications and Recruitment Marketing Coordinator develops and implements communication and marketing strategies that support employee engagement, retention and recruitment initiatives across the health system. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Bachelors Degree Minimum Work Experience 1-3 years Primary focus in marketing, public relations, content strategy or communications Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to handle confidential information. Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times. Ability to carry out obligations and duties of the position. Deals effectively with the community and customers.
