Internal Communications & Change Management Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an Internal Communications & Change Management Specialist for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic communication and change management initiatives that drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and successful implementation of enterprise transformation programs through clear messaging, visual communications, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 9-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4-day, 10-hour shifts per week), Remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Communicator / Designer shapes and delivers integrated communications that accelerate user adoption and enhance the overall experience of the client platform.
• By marrying strategic public relations planning with compelling visual design, the incumbent crafts clear, audience focused messaging and high impact graphics that translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, engaging content.
• This role partners with engineering, program management, and senior leadership to ensure that all internal and external communications-press releases, speeches, intranet articles, websites, presentations, and multimedia assets-reinforce client value proposition, drive stakeholder buy in, and support seamless, successful adoption across customers, partners, and the wider public.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S Citizen
• 6+ years of experience as an internal communications specialist.
• Experience with Project Management, Communications, and Relationship Management
• Desirable Skills or Experience: Graphic Design, Agency experience, Change Management
• Bachelor's Degree
