  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on internal communications, messaging, and employee engagement
  • Lead communications for key initiatives such as Employee Engagement Survey results, Town Halls, and leadership messaging

Content Creation & Channel Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize content across internal communication channels and digital platforms
  • Write and edit high-quality content including emails, newsletters, intranet content, leadership communications, and employer branding materials
  • Develop engaging digital assets (e.g., banners, videos, infographics) to enhance communication effectiveness

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen job postings, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns
  • Support university outreach and recruitment marketing materials
  • Manage and optimize platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook for hiring and employer brand visibility

Campaigns & Performance
  • Execute targeted email marketing and digital communication campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver KPI-based reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement

Collaboration & Governance
  • Ensure all communications align with Tradebe brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Collaborate with global and regional communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed
  • Operate as a member of the People & Culture team, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What's in for you?

  • 4+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications (People/HR communications preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Experience managing digital channels and social media platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, efficiency, and communication impact
