This role combines strategic communication planning with strong creative design capabilities to produce clear, consistent, and accessible messaging across multiple platforms.This position partners with leadership, Human Resources, and cross‑functional teams to translate business priorities and initiatives into effective internal communications. The role is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing communication tools and platforms, including SharePoint, to ensure content is organized, user‑friendly, and aligned with the organization's brand and communication standards.The Internal Communications Manager plays a key role in strengthening organizational culture by improving information flow, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience through thoughtful communication and design.RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver internal communications that enhance employee awareness, alignment, and engagementDesign and produce branded communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, infographics, announcements, and campaign assetsManage and maintain internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, ensuring content is current, organized, and user‑friendlyTranslate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and visually engaging content for diverse audiencesPartner with leadership, Human Resources, and cross‑functional teams to support organizational initiatives and communication needsPlan and execute communication strategies to support company‑wide campaigns, events, and culture initiativesEnsure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all internal communicationsIdentify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, accessibility, and overall employee experienceMonitor engagement and feedback to continuously enhance communication strategies and approachesContribute to the development of a strong organizational narrative that supports transparency and cultureWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Internal communications are clear, consistent, and effectively aligned with organizational prioritiesEmployees demonstrate increased awareness and understanding of company initiatives, updates, and goalsCommunication materials are visually engaging, professionally designed, and aligned with established brand standardsSharePoint and other communication platforms are well‑organized, up‑to‑date, and widely utilized as trusted information sourcesCommunication strategies and campaigns drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and participationLeaders and stakeholders receive timely, high‑quality communication support that enhances clarity and alignment across teamsMessaging across the organization reflects a cohesive voice and reinforces company culture and valuesOpportunities for improving communication effectiveness and employee experience are proactively identified and implementedThe internal communications function is recognized as a reliable and strategic partner within the organizationREQUIREMENTS Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related roleExperience supporting employee engagement or culture initiatives within a corporate environmentStrong visual design skills with demonstrated experience in layout, branding, and digital storytellingAdvanced proficiency in Canva and experience creating high‑quality digital communication assetsExperience managing SharePoint or similar internal communication platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistencyAbility to work independently and demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem‑solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organizationProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Lifting: Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds (e.g., materials, office supplies, or event items)Mobility: Ability to move within an office environment, including walking between workspaces and attending meetingsWorking Conditions: Primarily office‑based or remote work setting with minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions;
