We are currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is hiring in multiple locations:
 
  • Boston, MA
  • Allentown, PA
 
Details for the position are as follows:
 
Job Description:
  • Pay: $53 – 57/hr (W2)
  • Hybrid role, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • 6-month contract with potential for extension/FTE conversion based on performance and business need
  • You will lead internal communications supporting the rollout of the company’s Culture Framework
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and employee engagement for enterprise-wide culture initiatives
  • Create executive-level communications including town hall presentations, leadership messaging, talking points, Q&As, email campaigns, intranet (SharePoint) content, video scripts, and digital communications
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, business leaders, and SharePoint owners to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
  • Build and support internal ambassador/champions networks and employee engagement initiatives
  • Track communication effectiveness and engagement metrics, providing updates to leadership
  • Support change management efforts within a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of internal or corporate communications experience
  • Proven experience leading change management communications and enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives
  • Experience advising VPs, executives, and senior leadership on communication strategies
  • Experience working for a global or multinational organization with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent executive writing skills, including town halls, leadership messaging, communication toolkits, and scripts
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience within life sciences, engineering, technology, or other technical/B2B industries is preferred
