About the Location:Collaborative Work Environment:
At PetSmart, teamwork and connection are core to how we thrive. This role is based at our Phoenix Home Office, with an expectation of working a minimum of four days in the office each week. In a standard work week, associates may work up to one remote “flex day” (with leader approval). The Internal Communications & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies and marketing campaigns that engage and inspire PetSmart customers and store associates in support of the PetSmart Charities mission. This role leads internal store communications for PetSmart Charities tied to key campaigns, adoption initiatives, fundraising efforts, and evergreen communications.
Additionally, this position serves as part of the Integrated Marketing team, leading marketing campaigns primarily focused on adoption initiatives and in-store events. Working in close partnership with PetSmart Store Operations and cross-functional PetSmart and Charities Marketing teams, this role supports end-to-end campaign planning and execution, helping translate broader marketing strategies into actionable communications and effective store-level execution.
