POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Strategy Consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of our employee communications ecosystem and develop recommendations for the future of enterprise communications, with a particular focus on redesigning and modernizing our company-wide All Hands program. This engagement is intended to provide executive leadership with a data-driven assessment of current communication effectiveness, recommendations for future-state communications strategies, and a roadmap to support 2027 planning and investment decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess the effectiveness of the current employee communications ecosystem
Evaluate the current All Hands strategy, format, platform, content approach, and production model
Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, reach, and communications effectiveness
Develop recommendations for enhancing/elevating communications with diverse employee populations, including:
Office-based employees
Manufacturing/hourly employees
Remote employees
People leaders/managers
Deliver a future-state vision and roadmap for employee communications and All Hands events that can inform planning and budgeting decisions for 2027 and beyond.

Weekly status meetings with Internal Communications leadership required throughout the engagement
