The Royal Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Internal Coordinator to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for inspecting and preparing newly delivered vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards for customer delivery. You will perform adjustments and tests to ensure vehicles are in a salable, fully functional condition and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming vehicles for visible damage or missing components.
  • Identify and correct loose or misaligned trim, doors, or hardware.
  • Record discrepancies and complete vehicle acceptance documentation.
  • Test-drive vehicles to evaluate engine, brakes, steering, and transmission function.
  • Verify proper operation of all power accessories and features (e.g., lights, radio, windows).
  • Document and ensure proper charging of warranty-related repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Safely operate all tools and equipment; report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Attend manufacturer training courses as required (may involve travel and overnight stays).
  • Maintain dealership tools and manuals in proper condition and storage.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in vehicle service or inspection preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, safety guidelines, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use diagnostic tools effectively.
