ValuTeachers Inc.® specializes in helping educators and public service employees build financial security and retire with confidence. As we expand our presence in Northeast Florida, we are seeking a licensed Financial Advisor with a Series 65 license who is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and motivated to build a thriving advisory practice.

This role is ideal for professionals who want the independence of a 1099 commission-based business model combined with the infrastructure, support, and mission-driven environment of an established organization.

• Life Insurance License

Location Requirement
• Must reside in or near Ponte Vedra, Florida

Experience
• Understanding of 403(b), 457, & small business retirement plans preferred
• Prior experience in financial advising, retirement planning, or wealth management is strongly preferred

Professional Skills
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a client base
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

Additional Advantage
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required

This is a commission-only opportunity. A stipend is provided during the first 90 days to support your ramp-up period, after which compensation transitions to commission.
