Responsibilities
50% ? Direct Patient Care (20 hours/week)

25% ? Quality Improvement & Clinical Oversight
20% ? Projects, Workflow Optimization & Cross-Functional Support
Lead and support workflow optimization initiatives across pharmacy services
Support team members with at-risk scenarios, clinical escalation pathways, and clinical consultation
Serve as a clinical education resource for pharmacists and care teams
Maintain governance of:
Medication Services SharePoint
Clinical Guide Hub and internal resources
Act as liaison to Clarest Path (CSS) and cross-functional teams
Contribute to development and refinement of clinical workflows, tools, and protocols
5% ? Onboarding, Training & Team Development
