    Job Description

    • Schedule, supervisor, and support Internal Maintenance team members during assigned shifts.
    • Train and coach team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols.
    • Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources to ensure effective coverage across property.
    • Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards are met.
    • Ensure proper floor care, carpet maintenance, restroom sanitation, waste removal, and general upkeep of all public and employee areas.
    • Monitor the use and safe handling of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and machinery in accordance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five years of maintenance management experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, equipment, and sanitation practices.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
