You'll coordinate logistics, manage event details, oversee setup and teardown, and ensure every experience reflects the Crystal D standard of excellence.Keep Everyone ConnectedYou'll help craft and distribute internal communications, maintain company communication channels, and ensure employees stay informed and engaged. Whether it's a company announcement, event reminder, or leadership update, you'll help make sure the message is clear, timely, and impactful.Support Employee RecognitionWe believe recognition matters.
