Internal Marketing Manager

The Internal Marketing Manager will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, with a special focus on working with and supporting our internal marketing campaigns targeting existing subscribers for the Chaikin Analytics brand.

This key role will also assist the general marketing department on multiple projects simultaneously to meet annual revenue goals.

Candidates should be creative, initiative-taking, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance metrics, reporting, and optimization to consistently improve ROI and outcomes
• Assist in developing A/B testing strategies and analysis
• Help lead the integration of new marketing technologies, tools, and trends into our campaigns
• Assist with managing the internal annual marketing calendar
• Assist with proofreading marketing copy as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with our standards
• Perform quality assurance checks for marketing touchpoints
• Assist with the execution of e-mail campaigns, review of landing pages and marketing campaigns, and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns
• Coordinate across departments to ensure campaigns are on schedule
• Assist in developing new marketing plans to monetize existing subscribers
• Assist with oversight of Internal Marketing Coordinators

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct response marketing preferred.
• Superb attention to detail and critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Above average reading comprehension skills and understanding of English grammar rules are necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly collaborative across teams; effective communication skills and the ability to maintain/develop strong relationships across departments are vital in this role.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and e-mail best practices
• Work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Past experience with proofing, editing, layout, and/or direct response marketing within a publishing environment
• Experience with WordPress, SalesForce, and/or ExactTarget
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Experience with medium to long-form copywriting
• Experience with building marketing performance reports for business stakeholders
• Understanding of general investing principles and financial markets
• Experience reviewing and collaborating on various multimedia projects from a design and marketing perspective.
