Job Summary:

Centennial Primary Care is seeking an experienced primary care Advanced Practice Provider to join their practice

Qualified Candidates: 

• NP or PA degree from accredited program
• CO license or ability to obtain one
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine APP experience preferred
• Provide treatment to patients for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions
• No new/upcoming grads; 1-2 yrs. practice experience as an APP required

• Comprised of one physician and one nurse practitioner, the compassionate Centennial Primary Care team focuses on developing effective treatment plans for a variety of illnesses and conditions, including colds, influenza and sports injuries.
• The main campus is 295 bed, level II trauma center, located in Aurora CO, a suburb of Denver.
• Comprised of four campuses and includes the HCA HealthONE Aurora main campus, HCA HealthONE Spalding Rehabilitation, the HCA HealthONE Mental Health and Wellness Center, and HCA HealthONE Centennial
