What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and craftsmen, ensuring safety protocols and compliance.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and change orders.
• Resolve project issues promptly, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects adhere to local building codes and safety regulations.

What You Need
Required:

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction
• Valid construction management or related certification (PMP preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations

Preferred:

• Experience managing commercial or residential construction projects
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore, etc.)
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
