Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized hematology and oncology care to patients in a busy outpatient center
  • Manage a patient load of 12–15 per day, with minimal call responsibilities (light beeper calls)
  • Collaborate with a team of three permanent providers and support staff
  • Develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care
  • Document thoroughly and maintain compliance with all healthcare standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with oncology treatments
What You Need
Required:
  • Medical license in Virginia
  • Certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Previous oncology practice experience
  • Commitment to long-term placement
  • Willingness to drive within the region
