Experience: Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology; prior outpatient clinical experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care at an established community hospital outpatient center
Manage a patient caseload of approximately 12–15 patients per day
Offer light call coverage via beeper; responses within 1 hour, approximately 2–5 calls/week (phone consults only)
Collaborate with three permanent Hematology/Oncology providers and support staff including RNs, PAs/NPs, and office personnel
Apply medical knowledge to diagnose, treat, and monitor oncology and hematology conditions
Document patient encounters using the Aria EMR system
Participate in multidisciplinary care for complex cases and maintain high-quality care standards
What You Need Required:
Active Virginia medical license
Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
Prior outpatient oncology experience
Long-term commitment and ability to commute/distance for a future permanent role
