What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized hematology and oncology consultations and care
- Manage a patient volume of 12–15 patients daily
- Collaborate with a team of three permanent providers at the oncology center
- Perform follow-ups, treatments, and necessary tests
- Participate in light call duties (phone-only, 2–5 calls per week) for established patients
- Document patient interactions and coordinate care plans
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and facility policies
What You Need:
- Active medical license in Virginia
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
