Required Skills:

  • Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience managing complex hematologic and oncologic cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Research experience or publication in hematology or oncology
  • Additional certifications in related specialties or subspecialties
  • Familiarity with emerging treatments and clinical trial procedures
  • Multilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology preferred
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
