Required Skills:
- Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Experience managing complex hematologic and oncologic cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Research experience or publication in hematology or oncology
- Additional certifications in related specialties or subspecialties
- Familiarity with emerging treatments and clinical trial procedures
- Multilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology preferred
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in a similar setting

- Valid medical license to practice in the designated state
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Travel may be required for conferences or specialty consultations
