Job Summary and Responsibilities
Every day you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with specialists and hospital-based providers, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, access, and continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.
We are offering a two-year salary guarantee, relocation assistance, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing primary care practice.

CHI Health Good Samaritan is a 200-bed, Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub serving central and western Nebraska. As a tertiary care facility, Good Samaritan offers a broad range of specialty services and a highly collaborative medical staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. The hospital features a 24-bed open ICU with intensivist support, a strong hospitalist program and engaged subspecialists across cardiology, thoracic and vascular surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and womens services. Hospital-based medical transport services at Good Samaritan include AirCare-the states longest operating air medical provider, as well as ground 911 and long-distance ambulance services. Physicians benefit from advanced surgical capabilities, interventional cardiology, comprehensive diagnostic and imaging services, and a team-based culture that promotes clinical excellence and collegiality.
Through its academic partnerships with Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, providers have opportunities to engage in medical education and teaching. In addition, the upcoming UNMC Rural Health Education Building on the campus of University of Nebraska at Kearney further strengthens Kearneys role as a growing hub for rural medical education and training offering physicians meaningful academic involvement while practicing in a community-based setting.
