- Requirements: Board Certification; Active CA License and DEA
- Schedule: Monday- Friday (5x8)

- Patients Census: 22-24
- Case load: Bread and Butter Family Practice
- Type of Patients: Must be comfortable seeing all ages
- See all patient types without any limitations or restrictions
- Support Staff: 2 MA’s back office & .5 MA front office
