St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient practice, Capital District Internal Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care within a well-established practice supported by a hospital-affiliated medical group.
Capital District Internal Medicine offers routine health care, care for illness, injury, and chronic conditions; preventive immunizations; and wellness services including cancer screening. Our experienced providers promote healthy living and empower patients to take an active role in their own health and well-being.
Position Details:
- Full-time outpatient position
- Open to 4 or 5 day work week
- Minimal call rotation – averaging 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage as first call
- This location is a referral hub for all patients who have received treatment in the ER and it was noted that they did not have a primary care physician at the time of treatment.
- Provide routine and preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness visits
- Conduct physical exams, order labs/imaging, and manage treatment plans
- Deliver preventive health services including immunizations and cancer screening
- Promote patient education, wellness, and long-term health management

Recruitment Package:
St. Peter’s Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Starting compensation: $136,842, with potential for productivity-based earnings from day one
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
