St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join the dynamic team at St. Peters Internal Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. St Peters Internal Medicine, located at 147 Hoosick Street in Troy, NY, has a long tradition of providing high-quality internal medicine to the community. The team provides routine adult healthcare, including care for chronic medical conditions; preventative health and wellness service; cancer screening; and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Busy outpatient practice with a strong patient following
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Shared call rotation, averaging 1 in every 70 days

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified
• NYS Nurse Practitioner License
• Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
• 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

• Starting base compensation is $136,842 with ability to earn additional money in productivity from day 1.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
