- Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am to 4 pm
- Established patient base with growing demand
- Broad scope of care including preventative services, chronic disease management, and acute care
- On-site lab and imaging for efficient patient care
- Dedicated referral support for specialty coordination

Qualifications- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
- MD or DO
- Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
