Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $285,000
Up to 15% annual performance bonus
$3,000 quarterly leadership stipend for each Pharmacist and Physician Assistant supervised
5 weeks (200 hours) of PTO
$3,000 CME allowance plus 5 paid CME days
Additional $1,000 for licensure, professional memberships, and subscriptions

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care, manage patient documentation, and support high-quality patient care while helping lead clinical operations. Leadership responsibilities include overseeing 4 Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Physician Assistants, monitoring provider productivity, collaborating with the CMO on workflow optimization and operational initiatives, and coordinating provider schedules and coverage.
The organization offers Primary Care, HIV and Hepatitis C treatment, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy services. Providers participate in a shared call schedule averaging 14 calls per month, with nurse triage handling initial calls. Full-time provider panels typically range from 1,0801,350 patients, adjusted based on the physician's 50% clinical commitment.
?Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Primary care experience with an interest in physician leadership
Eligible to obtain or maintain an active New Mexico Medical License
