Our client, a physician-led outpatient practice known for top national quality outcomes and long-term patient relationships, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician. This role supports a quality-first care model with physician autonomy, strong clinical collaboration, and an infrastructure designed to enhance the doctor-patient relationship. Possible physician partnership track available.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients, including acute and chronic conditions, with a track to become a partner with equity.
- The care model is quality-driven, prioritizing thoughtful, comprehensive patient care over high-volume expectations.
- Manage complex and ongoing patient care plans with an emphasis on measurable quality outcomes.
- Call: Provide limited weekend coverage, approximately two times per month (approximately 4 hours on Saturdays).
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care with strong clinical judgment and patient communication.
- Must be able to work within a physician-led organization where quality metrics (including preventive screenings and chronic disease management) are prioritized.
