Key priorities include strengthening core infrastructure, expanding value-based care arrangements to align reimbursement with outcomes, and optimizing participation in the 340B Drug Pricing Program to reinvest resources into patient care. Our physicians play a pivotal role in enhancing community health through accessible, prevention-oriented, and collaborative healthcare services.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Licensure & Certification:
Active Illinois medical license.
Board certification or eligibility (to be completed within two years).
Documentation of completed residency.
Experience: Proven ability to manage both common and complex health conditions within a community health setting. Experience with underserved populations is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and organizational needs.
