Our client offers a unique opportunity to practice medicine within a physician-led organization that consistently ranks among the top in the nation for quality outcomes. Their model is built on strong physician autonomy, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering measurable, high-quality patient care, including a physician partnership track and top-tier performance in national quality metrics and the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Physicians are supported by an infrastructure designed to enhance—not replace—the doctor-patient relationship, with a focus on coordinated, personalized care and long-term health outcomes. This environment allows clinicians to practice at the top of their license while maintaining a meaningful connection with their patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients, including acute and chronic conditions, with a track to become a partner with equity.
