How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Internal Medicine physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Maintain work-life balance with own call responsibility limited to Monday through Thursday, a manageable 1:5 weekend rotation, and only one required holiday per year
  • Practice setting: Outpatient
  • Opportunity to utilize your procedural skills by performing small, in-office procedures such as punch biopsies and minor lesion removal.
  • Invest in the future of medicine by engaging in the rewarding opportunity to teach Interns and Residents from the esteemed Ascension/St. Vincent program
  • Provide comprehensive, longitudinal care for a diverse patient panel fostering long-term wellness within the community.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes by managing a manageable daily volume of approximately 20-22 patients, ensuring every individual receives the time and attention they deserve.
  • Empower patients through education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and wellness strategies to improve long-term health outcomes
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

  • Enjoy a standard Monday-Friday work week (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with the welcome option of a four-day work week.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
