Internal Medicine Physician - Meridian, ID (Meridian Health Plaza)

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a full time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our expanding practice.  

Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza serves the community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment.  With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family, it offers a multitude of services in one convenient location including: Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sleep Medicine and onsite Lab and X-ray. 

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program;
• Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
• Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
• Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.

Location: Meridian Health Plaza

Schedule: For full-time - 34 patient contact hrs, with option for 4 or 5 day work week.

Call:  Practice call shared with other eligible FM providers (Appx 1:18).
