Internal Medicine Physician needed for outpatient Primary Care clinic in San Antonio, TX

• Location: San Antonio, TX

• Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM only)

• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care

• Schedule: Mon–Fri | No weekends

• Start Date: 60–90 days

• EMR: Athena

• Patient Volume: 12–16 patients/day

• Patient Population: Mostly geriatrics

• Call: Minimal (1–2 times/year)

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: $280K–$320K

• Full benefits package

• Long-term earning potential: ~$350K after 5 years

Support Model

• 2 full-time clinical support staff

• Nursing case managers & social workers

• Senior physician mentorship

• In-house specialties & advanced imaging

• 3 urgent cares + observation unit

Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine

• Unrestricted Texas license
