We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician for our Rockville and Olney offices. Favorable Outpatient Schedule Enjoy a balanced Monday-Friday 800 AM - 500 PM schedule. Thursdays feature a collaborative provider meeting block and clinicians receive a dedicated half-day admin block . Manageable Patient Pace Treat an adult-only panel ages 18 with standard blocks of 15 minutes for follow-ups and 30 minutes for new patients averaging a predictable 18-20 patients per day . Robust On-Site Specialty Network Practice with comprehensive support alongside in-house Behavioral HealthPsychiatry Dermatology Sleep Medicine Cardiac & Ultrasound testing and a dedicated Walk-In Clinic staffed by NPs for same-day sick visits. Experienced Admin & MA Support Work alongside a dedicated Medical Assistant and a deeply tenured administrative support staff that has been with the practice for years to streamline your daily operations. Light Predictable Call Structure Outpatient phone call rotation is exceptionally light-shared just 1-2 times per month and 1 weekend every 4 months with no holiday call requirements . Clear Track to Partnership Enjoy a structured transition model designed for long-term practice ownership.
