Internal Medicine Physician | Full-Time

Location: Naugatuck, Connecticut

Position Overview• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patient populations• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with a focus on continuity of care• Perform preventive care, screenings, and wellness visits• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary teams• Utilize EMR for documentation and patient management• Participate in quality initiatives and population health programs• Shared call coverage as applicable

Qualifications• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure• Active or eligible DEA registration• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
