    Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician - Partnership Opportunity

    Salary: Up to $500k with Partnership Opportunity

    Job description:
    As Town PT continues to grow, we are excited to expand our services with the launch of Town MD. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to lead and oversee our new clinic.

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled physician with strong clinical expertise in adult medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The physician will play a key role in shaping the future of Town MD while helping improve patient outcomes through high-quality, evidence-based care.


    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and detailed patient assessments to identify health concerns.

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient needs.

    • Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses, ensuring continuity of care through follow-up appointments.

    • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

    • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology to provide integrated care.

    • Perform diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to catheterization and medical imaging evaluations.

    • Educate patients on preventive care, health management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness.

    • Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care practices.

    Requirements

    • Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Internal Medicine.

    • Proven experience in a clinical setting with a strong focus on inpatient and outpatient care.

    • Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly Epic, along with familiarity with EMR systems for effective patient management.

    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment modalities across various specialties including psychiatry, dermatology, and critical care.

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

    • Ability to perform essential procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, airway management, and wound care.

    • Commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
