Internal Medicine Physician - Rural

PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join a respected, collaborative team of three Internists and one Nurse Practitioner in our newly renovated clinic in Longview, WA.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient; 20 patients/day
• 1.0 FTE, 4–5 day workweek; call ~1:20
• 1:1 MA support and EPIC EMR
• On-site X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy
• Integrated support: Social Work, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacy, Diabetes & Palliative Specialists, Behavioral Health, Phlebotomy, Chronic Care Coordination & more

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year salary guarantee: $316,804
• Productivity compensation + panel management bonuses + up to 10% value bonuses
