What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient adult primary care to patients aged 18 and older
- Perform routine physical exams, health assessments, and preventive care
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members for complex cases
- Mentor and supervise medical trainees when appropriate
- Document all patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and CME activities
What You Need
Required:
- MD or DO from accredited US, Canadian, or approved foreign medical schools
- Completion of ACGME-accredited residency
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Board certification eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Preferred:
- Outpatient primary care experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and patient management skills
