Clinical Scope & Population You will manage a sophisticated adult and geriatric panel approx. 40 Medicare with a focus on preventative health and chronic disease management. Operational Efficiency & Support Practice alongside managing partners and a highly experienced support tier including a collaborative mix of dedicated PAs and NPs. On-site labs X-ray and virtual visit capabilities are integrated to ensure administrative relief and a seamless diagnostic workflow.
