Client Details

A global hydrogen technology provider focused on developing and manufacturing electrolyzer systems for producing green hydrogen, with a strong emphasis on scalable PEM solutions. In the U.S., operations center on automated domestic manufacturing and deployment of modular systems supporting industrial decarbonization, utilities, and renewable energy integration.

Description

  • Provide leadership and direction to engineering project managers and technical leads overseeing internal development efforts, including initiatives funded internally or externally that transition into production-scale manufacturing
  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple engineering programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery meets timelines, scope requirements, and financial targets
  • Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to establish priorities, define requirements, and measure project success
  • Apply structured project management methodologies, tools, and standards to enhance transparency, efficiency, and overall execution performance
  • Optimize allocation of engineering resources to ensure effective utilization and strong project outcomes
  • Anticipate potential risks and barriers, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track
  • Track progress across initiatives, prepare comprehensive updates, and communicate status clearly to leadership and stakeholders
  • Cultivate a collaborative and forward-thinking team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Advocate for and implement new technologies, tools, and processes that strengthen operational effectiveness
  • Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA is preferred)
  • Extensive experience in engineering program or project management (10+ years), including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional development initiatives on schedule and within budget
  • Strong capability to define, plan, and execute both short-term initiatives and long-range strategic objectives
  • Proven leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing staff, including prioritizing and coordinating workloads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, lead change, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
