MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduated from an CAHEEP or ABHES accredited by CAHEEPABHES OR NCCT Approved program.
Experience Three years of experience required.
Licensure BLS required. Certified to practice as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting. Current Registration with Virginia Board of Medicine required at the time of hire.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods Repetitive motion passing instruments lifting heavy instrument sets. Proficient communicative auditory and visual skills Attention to detail and ability to write legibly Ability to liftpushpull >50 - 100lbs. May be exposed to cold radiation bloodbody fluids and infectious disease.
Starting base rate for this role is $63.00 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidates qualifications previous work experience and/or education.
